      Cucina Romana Cooking Class with Arianna Pasquini

      Join chef Arianna Pasquini for a three-hour, hands-on cooking class in Rome. Cooking classes take place in a gorgeous, light-filled kitchen in Trastevere. You will spend the afternoon preparing a five-course meal and, at the end of the class, you will sit down to enjoy the meal over wine. The dishes you prepare will reflect Roman and other central Italian flavors and the menu includes: Antipasto (appetizer): Crostino burro e alici - Butter and anchovy toast Primo (first course): Mezze maniche all'Amatriciana - Pasta with tomato, cured pork jowl and Pecorino Romano cheese Secondo (main course): Saltimbocca alla Romana - Veal cooked with prosciutto, sage and wine Contorno (vegetable side dish): Cicoria ripassata - Sautéed chicory Dolce (dessert): Crostata ricotta e visciole - Ricotta and sour cherry tart Arianna will do her best to accommodate dietary restrictions, but please let us know about these in advance; unfortunately, the kitchen may have traces of flour from various baking projects and therefore cannot be used to prepare celiac meals. This is a small group cooking class with a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 8 participants, so we may not be able to accommodate specific needs.
